We Only do Exchanges if the Product is defective or damaged
from our side, however if you want to exchange size after

Note 1: Exchanges cannot be possible for those items which went
out of stock & if we found any hair of your dogs or cats with our products in it we'll send it back to you as it is because that is not acceptable from our end.

Note 2: If Your Pincode is Non-servicable during the reverse pickup , Your 249 Will be refunded to your account & Exchange process will be cancelled from our side.

Most Important: 99 INR Which you pay to place Your Order is Non Refundable in any condition. 

Your reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24 hours. Once the package reaches our warehouse, it will pass QC and only after that Your New Product will be dispatched.

⚠️Important Note: Make sure you shoot the video of the product you put in the package & Make sure you record the video while giving your packed parcel to the delhivery pickup boy as well.

If you Failed to do this, you will be responsible for your exchange failure and no amount of money will be refund to you.

Failure to record proof will make you responsible for any exchange issues, and no refund will be provided. Keep the video for your records in case of any dispute.
